Contact form
When you submit our contact form (hosted on Microsoft Forms), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry.
Purpose: To respond to your enquiry and assess whether Agentwise is a suitable fit for your organisation.
Legal basis: Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you voluntarily submit the form.
Data storage and transfer: Form submissions are processed and stored by Microsoft via Microsoft Forms. Data is transmitted encrypted (TLS). Microsoft may process data outside the EEA; Microsoft provides appropriate safeguards under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@agentwise.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
